Developed with partners across every region and mode, the FTP sets the vision, goals, and priorities that shape policies, plans, and investments for a safe, reliable, and connected transportation system. It provides the strategic framework for how state and federal transportation funds are allocated through the Department’s Work Program, ensuring Florida’s infrastructure remains resilient, efficient, and prepared for emerging technologies, evolving customer needs, and unexpected challenges.
